An introduction of the use and maintenance of crushers

The use and maintenance are very important to cruher. According to different types and working conditions, there will be different use and maintenance points for crushers. And the hongxing considerations are:
1. Before starting, should move the driving wheel one or two laps by huaman force, after confirming its flexible, can start to drive. When the crusher operates normally and begin to feed materials.
2. Should first stop feeding and discharge the materials before the dryer stop functioning, and then cut off the motor power.
3. Attention should be paid to the temperature of the bearing in the operation, ensure it to keep good lubrication condition, and pay attention to the sound and vibration situation. When found the abnormal situation, should stop and check whether it is stucked by unbreakable materials or not, or check whether the parts are damaged.
4. Keep the crusher feed evenly and prevent overload. Be ware of metal, wood and other unbreakable objects drop into the machine. In dry crushing, the moisture content of materials can’t too high; while in wet crushing, it should keep certain moisture content, prevent blockage due to lack of water, and reduce the productivity.
5. Check whether the granularity of the broken products conform to the requirements. If too much particles exceed the prescribed size, should find out the reasons (e.g., article sieve aperture is too large, discharging mouth is too wide, the hammer wear, etc.), and take appropriate measures to eliminate.
