Brief Introduction of Simple Portable Continuous Mixing Plant

In order to improve concrete production efficiency, and meet the requirements on pumping speed of fine stone concrete pump, our company developed simple portable continuous mixing plant according to the characteristics of fine stone concrete. It mainly consists of three parts: Host (mixer and sand belt machine) concrete mixer, stone belt machine and cement belt machine.

This machine can mix fine stone concrete consisting of stones diesel concrete mixer, sands and cements. It also can mix mortar. In addition, the forth material like fly ash can be added as requirements. The feeding mode can be customized as electric dragline feeding or forklift mechanized feeding. It is actually a simple mobile mixing plant, which is widely used in on-site mixing.
