Concrete mixing batch plant without mixer consists of aggregate batching system mobile block machine, cement supply system, water supply system, cement weighing system, water weighing system, control system concrete pan mixer, etc.

All aggregates are fed into the aggregate batching machine by loader, and weighed in the weighing hopper or on the weighing belt. Then they are transported to a belt conveyor and sent into the concrete mixer truck by belt conveyor.

Cement is transported into the cement weighing hopper by screw conveyor. After weighing, cement is dropped into the concrete mixer truck.

Water is pumped into the water weighing hopper by water pump. After weighing, water is dropped into the concrete mixer truck.

After all materials are weighed and fed into the concrete mixer truck, the concrete mixer truck can leave for the destination. The tank of mixer truck is rotating all the way.
