Introduction to Basic Knowledge of Grinding Operation

Grinding mill with innovative design is a new-type grinding machine evolving from the original patented product - TGM Super Pressure Trapezium Mill based on market research, feedbacks and suggestions of customers both at home and abroad.
Grinding operation is the continuance of crushing process and it is the main components of preparation before sorting. Grinding operation is widely used in processing operation,construction, chemical and power industry. All concentrators have grinding operations nearly. During the beneficiation process,we should grind the ore finely in order to remove the pulse of rock from the ore and separate the various ores.
Fineness of grinding and mineral indicators are closely related. To some extent, the recovery rate of useful minerals is opposite with the grinding fineness.Therefore, an appropriate reduction of ore grinding fineness can improve the recovery rate and production of useful minerals.Power consumption of grinding takes up more than the total consumption of beneficiation plants. Grinding operations plays an important role in the beneficiation process. Grinding operation is widely used in coal-water slurry,oil coal slurry, utilization of coal associated minerals and so on in the area of clean coal technology.
This structure will be able to enhance powder fineness and productivity. We have found during practice that under same rotating speed, powder fineness can be enhanced by increase density of blades. In another words, while there is no difference in fineness, rotating speed of high-density blades will be lower comparing with those of low-density, which will reduce air resistance and raise productivity.
