First, we should start all the equipment of concrete batching plant from the back to front, and one by one. After the startup, we should check the operation condition of each device, check whether the display situation of instrument is normal, and check the situation of hydraulic oil, pressure of the pneumatic drive, hydraulic pressure of water system. Start normal production when you make sure everything is all right. Then, we should pay attention to the safety problem in the working process.
