Structure introduction of JZC series concrete mixer

The charging system of JZC series curing discharging concrete mixer consists of climbing frame along with other components. The charging movement of JZC series concrete mixer is driven through the friction between wire rope and friction surface within the mixing drum. The falling action of charging hopper is recognized through the exterior friction belt-driven by operation handle SICOMA concrete mixer, which causes it to be disconnect with exterior friction belt and fall lower by gravity.
The restricting device of JZC series curing discharging concrete mixer switches into double restricting device. Once the hopper increases to restricting place, the mechanical limit can make control lead rotate. Once the mechanical limit does not work, the electrical restricting device can make concrete mixer energy off. At this time around, operators only have to land the hopper and restart concrete mixer to recuperate its normal condition. Additionally, the mechanical limit should be modified.
