Precautions for JS1500 Concrete Mixer Working

1. Weight of feeding raw materials (including water) every time: 3600kg

2. When users turn on the machine, the power indicator light and failure indicator will be bright.

3. The washing switch should be closed before concrete mixer starts working.

4. It’s prohibited to stand under the feeding hopper when it is lifting.

5. It’s prohibited to shut down the machine in the mixing process. If there are some failures diesel concrete mixer supplier, open the discharging door, discharge the raw materials of 50% mobile ready mixed concrete plant, and start up the machine before removed the failures.

6. It’s prohibited to repair the concrete mixer during it is running.

7. In order to not affect the opening of feeding hopper, make sure there are no sand and stone in the machine running parts of in the mixing process small concrete batching plant, and clean the sticky materials in the bottom of the feeding hopper.

8. It’s prohibited to feed and run in the overload state.

9. Open the washing switch and pump to wash the concrete in mixing drum when the machine stopped.
