　　1. Before starting concrete mixer, you should check whether rotating part and mixing drum have bruised phenomenon. If it is Planetary Concrete Mixer, adjust them in time.

　　2. You must add engine oil into reducer casing, discharging worm gear and sliding bearing parts of concrete mixer before starting it.

　　3. Clean the sundries in mixing drum, lock the inhibiting device of mixing drum mobile concrete batch plant, and then you can start double shaft concrete mixer. Cut down the power supply if finding the running direction does not conform to the requirements. Restart after replacing the position of wires.

　　4. Close the cylinder cover after feeding the mixed materials into the mixing drum. Adjust the time relay according to the time requirement mobile concrete batch plants, if necessary, you should cut down power supply.
