The equipment need insulation in concrete batching plant mainly includes: hopper Portable concrete mixer machine, belt conveyor and concrete mixer.
The insulation of hopper can be done by building insulation shed. The height of insulation shed should be higher than loader feeding height.
Belt conveyor insulation is mainly done by covering Cotton insulation or cold carpet. That can prevent the heat lose of sand.
Concrete mixer is fixed inside the mixing plant; users can install heat pipe or heating radiator to prevent it from cold.
