In cold district under low temperature, water supply system small precast concrete mixers, discharge door, air cylinder and mixing blades of concrete batching plant are easy to freeze. Water line and air line are also easily to be blocked by ice. These questions not only can decrease the work efficiency of concrete batching plant, but also influence the quality of concrete. Then, how to deal with these problems?

Traditional ways to prevent the concrete batching plant from cold are boiling water in large boiler to increase the temperature and build insulation shed. Taking the temperature conditions into consideration, it is very difficult to meet the requirements of construction just using one method.
