High quality unbruned brick machine absolutely makes higher quality unbruned brick , brings you wider market and more investment returns, but recently the unburned brick making machine production unburned brick occurs a layer of white stuff, How to deal with this situation?
The engineer explained the machine surface have a layer of white powder,which is a brick body residual magnesium sulfate, sodium sulfate and other soluble inorganic salt,water surface evaporation residue after exudation.As the crystallization of water body contains a certain amount of expansion,after dehydration, therefore,in the frost will split brick surface.Henan Ruiguang suggest the worker should （1）control the content of magnesium in the mud below 3%,；
（2）strengthen grinding, improve the fineness ；
Another situation is that brick doesn't work for a long time, there may be rusty etc,even can barely work,efficiency is not high Cement Silo,it need to be repaired again to make machine work efficiently.After repairation the worker should check the oil is full or not commercial concrete batching plant,lubricating oil were added,the oil line adjustment in place.All tests,adjust of the equipment,check each part of signal transmission is smooth twin shaft concrete mixer machine, running is a sensitive,as a test, turn the crankshaft several times to check if it turns smoothly.
