Fault in Concrete Batching Machine Weighing

Overflow line fault of control instrument said values, display an error message, weighing signal suddenly or disorderly jump, there are two reasons:

1. the connection between the sensor and control meter circuit breakers.The external fault is mainly was caused by improper installation and use concrete block making machine, if use multi-meter to check sensor input and the output resistance, resistance are normal.The cause of failure is: wire broken, cause break;Cable is loose or not use soldering welding joint, etc.
2. the sensor itself quality has a problem.Show the sensor input, output, resistance to change.Sensor input resistance is normally 400 Ω + 10 Ω, the output resistance of 350 Ω Ω plus or minus 3.Sensor is the main fault, terminal or lead solder joints fall off;Zero temperature compensation or sensitivity to temperature sensor to compensate the resistance virtual soldering or desoldering.Internal chip sensor seal is bad, be affected with damp be affected with damp.
