Mortar Density Detection in the Concrete Mixing Plant

By the slurry density in concrete mixing station installed on the shaft pipe into the densitometer DT test. Currently used in the test tube of slurry density meter is mainly r acoustic ray densimeter and wing densitometer.

R ray densitometer by the detector can be divided into two kinds of, ionization and scintillation counting. Currently use flash explosion counter more intelligent instrument with a badge machine. It has a low source is strong, protective and reliable, the installation should be paid attention to when using the following points:
(1)cannot force sections when installation, strong exhibition move might damage the out side.
(2) r ray densitometer is contact online detection. Must make chau basin period of mortar tube. No bubble, no scaling.
