　　1. Check whether the rotating parts and mixing drum of JS concrete mixer are bruised before starting Concrete Batching Plants, and then timely adjust them.

　　2. Eliminate the rubbish in the mixing drum.

　　3. Limit the mixing drum body firmly and then you can start the machine.

　　4. The rotation direction of mixing shaft should match the sign of mixing drum.

　　5. Remove the metal and other sundry from the feeding material.

　　6. Adjust the agitator timing according to the mixing time and you must cut down power supply.

　　7. When pressing the start button, the main shaft will drive the mixing spade to rotate.

　　8. The concrete mixer will stop automatically when reach a certain time.

　　9. Before discharging the materials, users should stop using the compulsory concrete mixer, move the handle to make the mixing drum in a certain position, lock the main shaft double horizontal shaft forced mixer, and then discharge the mixture concrete.

　　10. Make the mixing drum in a certain position manually when eliminating the mixture concrete.

　　11. Add some water and dry sand into mixing drum and clean the main shaft of mixing drum.
