1. When overhauling reducer, we should clean the gear, axis and oil duct and check the surface attrition rate. After overhauling completion, add new gear oil.

2. When overhauling the motor concrete block making machine, we should remove the dust on stator winding, clean the bearings mobile concrete batching plant, fill new lubricating grease and check the gap between stator and rotor.

3. Overhauling the open gear needs to clean the wheel gear, tooth profile and bearings. Check its attrition rate and replace it when it wears.
