The working principle of Fote's new multifunctional impact crusher:When the motor works, the rotor is in high-speed rotation. Materials into the plate hammer’s function area, crash the plate hammer on the rotor and are crushed. Then they are casted to the impact device to be broken again. This process is repeated. Materials in the cavity are broken repeatedly according to the size, until the material is broken to be the desired size, and finally discharged by the discharging mouth.

Impact crusher is to use a counter force to achieve crushing effect. When large materials entering the impact plate between the rotor and crushing cavity, it gains kinetic energy by the rotation of the rotor. Impact crusher can adjust the discharging granularity in a number of ways, such as adjusting the rotor’s speed, adjusting the back plate and grinding cavity clearance and etc. But the hammer crusher adjusting the discharging granularity can only be done by changing the bottom sieve plate.
