Basic Requirements and Performance of Flotation Machine

Beneficiation is according to the differences in various minerals physical properties, physical properties and chemical properties to collect mineral raw materials. In the flotation process, the flotation machine is the basic equipment to achieve mineral flotation separation. Flotation machines and ordinary machine flotation process should be reliable, wear-resistant, energy-saving, inexpensive and easy to manufacture, but also need to meet special needs. Flotation machine has the following basic requirements:

1.Inflatable role

Flotation machine must inject sufficient amount of air and try to diffuse throughout the tank. More fine and more uniform, mineral particles has more opportunity contact with gas saturation; flotation efficiency is also higher.

2.Good stirring effect

Flotation confidential should have a good stirring effect on the pulp, so that the mineral particles do not precipitate in suspension and can be evenly distributed in the tank, while promoting the dissolution of some of the poorly soluble pharmaceutical and facilitate agents and mineral particles fully interact.

3.Good circulation flow action

It can increase the chance of contact of the ore particles and bubbles in the circulating flow of the slurry in the flotation machine.

4.Adjust the slurry liquid level and can work continuously

In the flotation process, sometimes it needs to be adjusted to hold the thickness of the Mo layer and the slurry flow rate.
