The right startup process of concrete mixing plant: first of all, add some water into the water pump after opening the water valve. Open the storage bin door of air compressor ready mix concrete plant for sale, discharging belt electric concrete mixer, host mixing machine, feeding belt machine and concrete batching machine. Finally, open the water supply switch.

Right shutdown process of concrete batching plant machine: at first, shut down concrete batching machine, water supply switch, feeding switch (ensure there is no residual materials in hopper). Secondly, close the host mixing machine, discharging belt switch, storage bin door and air compressor. Finally Foam concrete mixer, close the water valve and main power supply after cleaning the mixing drum.
