There are two horizontally fixed mixing shafts in the mixing drum of concrete mixer. Each mixing shaft is equipped with mixing blades. The mixing arms near mixing drum ends are installed with falling blades, which can scrap concrete on the end. In the connection part of mixing shaft and mixing drum, there is a special sealing device. In order to get a good sealing effect, there are four hydraulic oil pumps installed on the mixing drum SICOMA concrete twin shaft mixer, which can supply oil to the shaft end sealing device.

Transmission system: the belt drives the second level gear reducer and the output shaft of reducer makes mixing blade rotate reversely with even speed. There is a scale board in the mixing drum of JS forced type concrete mixer, which is connected with the drum tightly through screw bolt.
