　　2. Fill some water into the water tank of concrete mixer, as well as the mixing drum.

　　3. Feed cement to the mixing drum after filling water. This process can be achieved in three ways: manually concrete batching plants, through a cement bag or through silo. No matter which way it is batch plant for sale, the charging scoop will help complete the feeding process.
