1. Concrete batching plant should be taken one time maintenance for every six months. Check the reliability of all bolted parts. Overhaul period is usually around 4000 hours.

2. Inspect the large gear of concrete batching plant equipment.

3. Check whether the lubrication oil of reducer is deterioration or less than the defined requirement. If necessary planetary mixer, add or replace the lubrication oil.

4. Generally, mixing blade can be used continuously if it can be adjusted. When the fixed sunk screw of lining plate is exposed on the surface of lining plate portable cement mixer, it is necessary to replace it.

5. Check the damaged conditions of concrete batching plant equipment.
