The stirring effect of concrete mixer not only relates to the operation, but also has direct relationship to routine maintenance. The working environment of concrete mixer is severe, for example, the stirrer of the mixer is usually hanging placed and the stirring shaft has a long length, so it suffers large bending moments and torque, causing attrition for bearing because of the partial load it bears. Sometimes due to the gap of the worn bearing, the slurry immerses into the bearing and exacerbates its attrition. In addition, the relative movement between stirrer and materials is tremendous in operating condition, so the materials have on a strong abrasive action to mixer. If the abrasion is uneven, it can cause the imbalance of stirrer. Sometimes because the materials bonding on the stirrer or tank wall fail to be cleaned-up timely, the stirring resistance increases greatly, causing mechanical vibration and noise. The operators and maintenance personnel should maintain and examine the equipment regularly to improve the working condition of pouring stirring and avoid mechanical failure.
